We’re very happy to play for Bodytonic at the Twisted Pepper this Saturday 30th January with one of the the original future sound purveyors, Barry Redsetta himself. We’re not sure when exactly we’re playing on the night, but expect some sounds that have shaped us over the last two years. If you’re around Dublin do pop by and say hi….. we’ve already heard word of an afters party…. holla!

LowerState started out as a simple idea between two friends and music lovers - to bring quality electronic music to Galway city, trying not to lose too much money in the process. Four years of international guests and countless raise-the-roof moments later, the club grew into one of Galway's most established nights. A balanced musical line between well-known classics and back-of-the-crate platters was kept, yet the sound always moved forward joining the dots between the deepest house and techno. Originally based in the old-school Spanish wine cellar De Burgo's, the night found a new home in 2009 at the appropiately named Deeper - another basement perfect for the trademark up-close-and-personal parties. The night currently is hibernating, but the blog lives on....
